Fence Stretcher

Allows for one-man fence fixing. Each end of the stretcher holds a wire while the tool ratchets to pull the two ends together. Needs no other hooks or clips to pull wires. Can hold wires while the Splice-It tool is used to crimp the splices in place to repair or tighten the wire. Model 405 has holding ratchet to allow for gradual release of wire after tightening.
