Our dog is incontinent. She had two operations but they didn't work out. It was either put her to sleep or put her in diapers. She is a very active dog and has been wearing these since she was a puppy. She is now 9 years old. She has never pulled them off. We use medium size baby diapers (the inexpensive kind) and cut them in half to use inside the holder.
