I love these tags and my dogs have worn them for years! If you walk your dog, cat, or yourself at night you need Spottags. (Actually they would be great for any kind of animal that you want to see at night!) These are everything that High Desert Dog Mom said they were and more. I have used them for years on two big dogs. They are unique in "lighted tag" field in that they require both motion and relative darkness to activate. The batteries last a long time and the rubber seal makes them resistant to moisture, although, I wouldn't recommend swimming with them.
