I am a bit of a shampoo-aholic. I must have one bottle of everything for my cats. I tried this on them as a maintenance shampoo and it worked so well, that I use it for their show baths too. It leaves their coat clean with no soap build up. It even works well on my fine frizzy hair. Keeps it moisturized even in the winter. I have actually been throwing out my old shampoos.
